This restaurant and food service company wanted more features and reporting capabilities than what their internally-developed audit solution offered. Within a large organization, an audit tool was required that was licensed for the enterprise, not on a per-user basis.

Solution

The company implemented the Compas Tablet PC Edition to employ extensive features and unlimited reports.

Results

• Leveraging the Tablet PC audit technology allowed for a coaching-based auditing process
• Initial rollout was completed in the United States, replacing existing audit software with 25 users in 5,495 locations
• Lessons learned from the initial rollout allowed for a seamless global rollout
• Significant improvements in reporting allowed for a comprehensive view of audit results
• Currently managing over 120 users and 4 unique assessments in over 15,000 locations worldwide
