This specialty retailer wanted a more customizable and flexible solution than the Palm application they were using.

Solution

The company implemented the Compas Pocket PC Edition, Compas Web Edition, and Compas Laptop Edition to employ a fully customizable solution that would grow and adapt with their company.

Results

• Initial rollout included both stores and distribution centers, with 41 users in over 375 locations
• Improved overall relationship and communication between corporate office and international locations
• Enhanced record-keeping with ability to customize different question types and to integrate different data sets across array of audits
• Achieved greater flexibility in data collection and analysis with introduction of several new types of hardware
• Currently managing 60 users in 400 locations, with plans to integrate predictive modeling by introducing alternate data streams to pair with assessment scores
